GO NO SEN Kata Course

Today Mark and Roy travelled over to the Premier Judo club in Norwich where we took part in the Go No Sen kata course, this forms part of our next Dan grade tests but is also a useful teaching tool for the club and may form part of our training in the future.

Huge well done to our two players who fought in Thetford today, both gained valuable experience as they are both still new to competitive Judo, I'm sure that they will both be back to fight another day.
